Constitution 1996, Articles 92(5)(6)
(5) When the SupremeCourt is determining any matter, other than an interlocutory matter, it shall
be composed of anuneven number of judges not being less than three except as provided for underArticle 41.
(6) The Chief Justicemay make rules with respect to the practice and procedure of the Supreme Courtin relation to jurisdiction and powers of the Supreme Court.
