Proceedings concerning theadoption of the proposal for the presidential candidate of the Slovak Republic

(1) If the President of theNational Council of the Slovak Republic decided to reject the application for apresidential candidate Slovak Republic, the candidate concerned may apply to the Supreme Court ofthe Slovak Republic with the proposal to issue

decisions on acceptance of his proposal to the presidential candidate ofthe Slovak Republic.

(2) The parties to theproceedings are concerned candidate and chairman of the National Council of theSlovak Republic.

(3) The court shall make anorder within five days of the draft.

(4) The decision of thecourt is not a judicial remedy.

Regarding “reasoned decision” it does not clarify much on this aspect,however we could assume it is, given that the candidate should present a“proposal to issue acceptance” to the Supreme Court.
