? Article 51
(1) A person whose applicationto be a candidate has been rejected, or the persons or Political Party whichproposed that person’s nomination may appeal to the Court against the decisionof the Commission within seven days from the date
of publication of theCommission’s decision in accordance with this Act. .
2) The Court shall decide onany appeal within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the appealand make its decision public. The decision of the Court under this sub-sectionshall be final. The Court may for this purpose issue any order on any related matter.
