Possibility to appeal

Article ( 15)

The PEC shall notify applicants whoseapplications are rejected, indicating the reasons for its decision to rejecttheir nomination, within a period not exceeding twenty-four hours of the dateof issuing the rejection decision and in accordance with the proceduresestablished by the PEC.

Rejected applicants may appeal the PEC?s decision to reject theirnomination within the two days following the date of notification. The PECshall decide on the appeal within the two days following the end of the appealsperiod, having heard the statements of the appellant, or having the appellantfailed to appear before the PEC once notified to do so.

Article( 7 )

The PEC decisions shall be final and binding by themselves. Theymay not be challenged in any manner or in front of any body. The PEC decisionsshall not be impeded or repealed in any way.
