Art. 131: The rightto file a complaint against the candidate list belongs to any person who hassubmitted individually or with a political party or a political organization, agroup of parties or any legally recognized political organisation.

Complaints must besubmitted to the Constitutional Council before the end of the eighth dayfollowing the posting of the list of candidates by the registry of theConstitutional Council. The Constitutional Council shall decide without delay.
