What remedies are available in the first instance?

Art. 103 : Incase a candidacy is rejected, the Independent National Electoral Commissionmust issue a reasoned decision referring to all points of non-compliance withthe Constitution and the Electoral Code. Within two days after the notificationof the decision, any complaint may be brought to the Constitutional Court,which has a period of eight days to issue a final decision.
