Art. LO. 122: The right to file a complaint regarding the registration of a list of candidates is open to any candidate.

The complaints must be submitted to the Constitutional Council before the end of the day following the announcement of the list of candidates to the Court Registry. The Constitutional Council shall rule without delay.
