The Appellate Division of the Court of BiHshall be competent to hear appeals against decisions of the Central ElectionCommission of BiH. An appeal shall be submitted to the Appellate Division ofthe Court of BiH no later than 2 days after a decision of the Central ElectionCommission of BiH is received by which the decision is taken on theimplementation of this Law.'
