Article ( 15)
The PEC shall notify applicants whose applications are rejected,indicating the reasons for its decision to reject their nomination, within aperiod not exceeding twenty-four hours of the date of issuing the rejectiondecision and in accordance with the procedures established by the PEC.
Rejectedapplicants may appeal the PEC?s decision to reject their nomination within thetwo days following the date of notification. The PEC shall decide on the appealwithin the two days following the end of the appeals period, having heard thestatements of the appellant, or having the appellant failed to appear beforethe PEC once notified to do so.
Article ( 7 )
ThePEC decisions shall be final and binding by themselves. They may not bechallenged in any manner or in front of any body. The PEC decisions shall notbe impeded or repealed in any way.
