?Following the decision ofthe MoI to deny theregistration of 11 candidates on the basis that they had not producedthe required number of signatures, 9 of them filed complaints with the SupremeAdministrative Court. The court rejected five because their registration applicationcontained less than 50,000 signatures and one because the complaint was filedafter the deadline. [?] 

Following the resolutionsof the Supreme Administrative Court, five petitions were filed with the Constitutional Court,four of them being dismissed as inadmissible because the complainants had notcollected the 50,000 supporting signatures.?*

The Lawdoes not give specific clarification on the Electoral Dispute resolutionmechanism regarding candidate nomination and registration, but in theOSCE/ODIHR report we find provisions that the Constitutional Court is the lastinstance in this regard.
