Electoral Act Chapter 2:13,104

Nominationof candidates for election to office of President

Subject to thissection, section forty-six shallapply, with any changes that may be necessary, in relation to the nomination ofcandidates for election to the office of President.

Electoral Act Chapter 2:13, 46

If a nomination paper has been rejected interms of subsection (10) or been regarded as void by virtue of subsection (16)—

The candidate shall have the right ofappeal from such decision to a judge of the Electoral Court

ElectoralAct, 172

(1)  Adecision of the Electoral Court on aquestion of fact shall be final.

(2)  Adecision of the Electoral Court on aquestion of law may be the subject of an appeal to the Supreme Court.

When the decision ofthe Electoral Court is on the question of law, then this decision can beappealed to the Supreme Court.
