Thelegislation does not specify if the Constitutional Court hears also cases oncandidate/party registration. The legislation states that the ConstitutionalCourt only verifies the results of elections. Given the absence of any specificindication of procedures of adjudication on registration related cases weassume that the Supreme Court is the last instance body, for adjudicating caseson party/candidate registration.
