'Article 6.9

The Appellate Division ofthe Court of BiH shall be competent to hear appeals against decisions of theCentral Election Commission of BiH. An appeal shall be submitted to theAppellate Division of the Court of BiH no later than 2 days after a decision ofthe Central Election Commission of BiH is received by which the decision istaken on the implementation of this Law.'
