Law No. 2012/001 of 19 April relating to theElectoral Code

 

Art. 131(1): In case of objections or petitions relating to the rejection oracceptance of candidacies as well as those relating to the color,

initials or emblem chosen by a candidate, the ConstitutionalCouncil, before which the matter is brought, shall rule within no more than10(ten) days of the filing of the petition.
