12/ A complaint about denial of registration for candidature of apolitical organization or a private candidate shall be lodged until the end ofthe registration of candidates.
13/ A complaint about objection to the registration for candidatureshall be lodged in the period between the beginning of candidates’registrations up to the official announcement of registered candidates.
1/ Any person or political organization denied of registration forcandidature shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the Constituency GrievanceHearing Committee and get decision.
2/ Any individual or political organization that objects to theregistration of a candidate shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the ConstituencyGrievance Gearing Committee and seek a decision.
3/ The Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee shall investigate anddecide on the complaint submitted to it within 24 hours.
5/ Where the Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee does not givedecision in 24 hours for a complaint lodged in accordance with sub article (2)above, the complainant may
appeal to the Regional Electoral Office Grievance Hearing Committeewithin 72 hours.
7/ The Regional Electoral Office Grievance Hearing Committee shall givedecision to a complaint submitted to it within 48 hours.
9/ Where the Regional Electoral Office Grievance Hearing Committee doesnot give decision to an appeal about objection to registration for candidaturein 58 hours, the complainant has the right to appeal to the Regional SupremeCourt in 48 hours.
11/ Any complainant dissatisfied by the decision of the Regional ElectoralOffice Grievance Hearing Committee may appeal to the Regional Supreme Court inwithin 48 hours of the decision. The decision given by the court shall befinal.
