Article65. Privacy on the registration of candidates

(1) Thedecision on the rejection of candidates proposed by MPs, senators, citizenscandidates list, which was rejected, within 2 working days from receipt of the decision to seekprotection in court by another legal regulation12 ) .

(2) againstthe registration of candidate, MPs, senators, citizen who have submittedcandidate lists may seek protection within 2 working days from receipt of thedecision in court by another legal regulation 12 ) .

?Following the decision ofthe MoI to deny theregistration of 11 candidates on the basis that they had not producedthe required number of signatures, 9 of them filed complaints with the SupremeAdministrative Court. The court rejected five because their registrationapplication contained less than 50,000 signatures and one because the complaintwas filed after the deadline. [?] 

Following the resolutionsof the Supreme Administrative Court, five petitions were filed with the Constitutional Court,four of them being dismissed as inadmissible because the complainants had notcollected the 50,000 supporting signatures.?
