(7) Where the Returning Officer has certified that thenomination paper of a candidate is invalid, the candidate or his agent mayappeal against the decision to a Judge in Chambers not later than the sixth daybefore nomination day, by filing with the Registrar and serving on theReturning Officer a notice in the form set out as Form No. 36 in the PrescribedForms Rules.

(11) The Judge shalldeliver his decision allowing or disallowing the appeal not later than two daysbefore nomination day, and every such decision shall be certified to theReturning Officer under the hand of the Judge or of the Registrar and shall be finalto all intents and purposes.
