Art.45
The Election Commission of the Republic ofCroatian shall issue a decision on the complaint within 48 hours of the day when the complaint wassubmitted and the date on which it submitted to the electoral materialsto which the complaint relates.
Article 47
Against the decision of the Election Commission ofthe Republic of Croatian applicants complaint as a candidate for President whois dissatisfied with the ruling.have the right to appeal to the ConstitutionalCourt of the Republic of Croatian.
The appealof the preceding paragraph shall be submitted to the Constitutional Court ofthe Republic of Croatian within 48 hours of the end of the day he received the impugned decision. Thecomplaint filed by the Election Commission of the Republic of Croatian.
It will be considered that the appeal wassubmitted. Within you is committed to the Election Commission of theRepublic of Croatian before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph2 this Article.
CroatianConstitutional Court shall decide on the appeal within 48 hours of receipt ofthe appeal.
