- (12) Where the Electoral Commission—
(a) refuses toregister a political party or organization under this section; or
(b) fails to processthe application within the time prescribed in subsection (11), the applicantmay, in writing, petition the High Court for an order requiring the
Electoral Commissionto process the application.
- 22. Appeals
(1) Where any appealunder this Act has been determined by the High Court, any party aggrieved bythe decision of the High Court may appeal to the Court of Appeal against thatdecision.
(2) Any party aggrieved by the decision ofthe Court of Appeal may appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision.
