Article 21

Appeals

1. Appeals against decisions relating to presentation ofcandidacies shall be filed with STJ within a period of one day.

2. Petitions lodging appeals, duly substantiated, shall beaccompanied by all pieces of evidence.

3. Appeals shall be decided upon within 2 days from the end of thetime limit referred to in item 1 above.
