Art. 23 (2), (3),(4) & (5): 2. Incase a complaint is brought against the admission of a candidacy, the Presidentof the Supreme Court of Justice shall order immediately that the authorizedrepresentative of the challenged list be notified, in order to reply within 24hours.

3. In case a complaint isbrought against the rejection of a candidacy, the President of the SupremeCourt of Justice shall order immediately that the authorized representatives ofthe other lists, even if they have not been admitted, be notified, in order toreply within 24 hours.

4. The plenary ofthe Supreme Court must adjudicate the complaints within 48 hours from the endof the period prescribed in the previous paragraphs.

5. The decision ofthe plenary of the Supreme Court referred to in the previous paragraph cannotbe appealed.

4.Sobre as reclama??es, o plen?rio do Supremo Tribunal de Justi?a deve decidir noprazo de 48 horas a contar do termo do prazo previsto nos n?meros anteriores.

5.Da decis?o do plen?rio do Supremo tribunal de Justi?a referida no n?meroanterior n?o cabe recurso.”)
