“4) Should a proposal for acandidate for the presidential office be dismissed, the respective candidatecan file a petition for a decision on admission of his/her proposal for acandidate for the presidential office with the Supreme Court of the SlovakRepublic. The petition can be filed within three days from the day of deliveryof the notification sent by the chairman of the National Council of the SlovakRepublic about dismissal of a proposal for a candidate for the presidentialoffice.

Proceedings concerning theadoption of the proposal for the presidential candidate of the Slovak Republic

(1) If the President of theNational Council of the Slovak Republic decided to reject the application for apresidential candidate Slovak Republic, the candidate concerned may apply tothe Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic with the proposal to issue

decisions on acceptance ofhis proposal to the presidential candidate of the Slovak Republic.

(2) The parties to theproceedings are concerned candidate and chairman of the National Council of theSlovak Republic.

(3) The court shall make anorder within five days ofthe draft.

(4)The decision of the court is not a judicial remedy.
