86.          No court has jurisdictionon the acts and decisions made by the Commission and Sub-commissions at variouslevels and the Election Tribunals under the provisions of this Law.

88.          The Hluttaw candidate whose electionhas been declared as invalidated as prescribed in Sub-section (b) of Section 74or Sub-section (b) of Section 75 by the Commission in the official Gazette; theHluttaw representative or election agent who has been decided by the ElectionTribunal and declared by the Commission for failure to submit the electionexpenses as prescribed and having declared as a person of distortedqualification; the Hluttaw representative who has been declared by theCommission as having no right to subsist as a Hluttaw candidate having beenpunished with imprisonment under any existing law after being elected; havingbeen convicted under one of the offences in Chapter XIII the Hluttaw candidateor the Hluttaw representative having no right to subsist as declared by theCommission shall not contest in the election as a Hluttaw candidate from thedate of declaration in the existing Hluttaw term and the next Hluttaw term.
