CHAPTER VII ELECTIONDISPUTES
67. Decision of theTribunal.—
(2) Save as provided insub-section (3), the decision of a Tribunal on an election petition shall befinal.
[(3) Any person aggrieved by adecision of the Tribunal may, within thirty days of the announcement of thedecision, appeal to the Supreme Court and the decision of the Supreme Court onsuch appeal shall be final.
