What types of sanctions can be imposed for campaign finance infractions?

The law does not provide for EDR procedures related to campaign finances. Entities are only required to submit comprehensive report on their spending to the EMB within set time line. Failure to submit, they are exposed to a fine of up to 1,000 rupees (about US$33).
