Article 44CCC

(1) Everypolitical party nominating any candidate for election

shall submit tothe Commission, for its scrutiny, within ninety

days] of thecompletion of election in all constituencies, an expenditure statement givingdetails of the expenses incurred or authorized by it in connection with theelection of its candidates for the period from the date of publication of thenotification under clause (1) of Article 11 till the completion of elections inall the constituencies in which it has set up candidates.

“(5) If anyregistered political party fails to submit its expenditure statement within thetime specified in clause (1), the Commission shall issue a notice of warningdirecting it to submit the statement within thirty days and if the concernedregistered political party fails to submit it within that period of time, theCommission may, subject to payment of a fine of taka ten thousand, extend thetime for another fifteen days, and if such registered political party fails tosubmit its statement within that extended time, the Commission may cancel itsregistration.”
