Accountabilityfor campaign receipts and expenditure - (1) The Queen'sRepresentative may from time to time by Order in Executive Council make suchregulations as may be deemed necessary or expedient for the purpose ofrequiring accountability of receipts and expenditure by political parties andcandidates for election campaign purposes.

(g)prescribing offences (including extra-territorially) for any breach of theregulations and penalties for such offences not exceeding, in the case of apolitical party, a fine of $10,000, and in the case of a person who is acandidate, a fine not exceeding $5,000.
