The Law  onlimitation of expenditures of the political parties on advertising beforeelections to the National Council of the Slovak Republic, enacted in 18 August1994, in its art.6 clearly states that 'This Act shall not apply tothe rights and obligations of political parties within election campaign, whichare regulated by a special law'(seesources).
