What institution(s) has the power to impose non-criminal sanctions for campaign finance infractions?

The Israeli legislation regulate the campaign financeissue as a part of political finance in PoliticalParties (Financing) Law 5733-1973. The law does not specify criminalpenalties on the political parties who violate its provisions. However, theparty may lose financial support from the government by violating electionexpenses related regulations (see articles 7-10).
