Can the imposed sanctions be appealed?

“Article 510: Compulsory Execution canonly be based on a title executive. Executive titles:

d. notarial acts contain obligations forpayment in cash;
f. bills of exchange, checks papers withorders equal to them;
e. other acts under specific laws andexecutive titles called the bailiff charged for their execution.
The order of execution
Article 511: Executive title isexecuted at the request of the creditor. For this purpose, the order ofexecution which provided:

c. cases provided for by the letter'd' in the previous section by the country where the award was made;
d. cases provided by the letters'd', 'f' and 'c' by the country where theexecution is scheduled to become.
Appeal for denial of an enforcement order
Article 512: The decision rejecting theissuance of an enforcement order may be appealed according to specific rules onappeals.”
