Can the imposed sanctions be appealed?

Art 34.1: Except as provided in Article 133 ofLegislative Decree 2 July 2010, n. 104, and other provisions of law, againstthe injunction of payment and against the order to confiscate, the interestedparties may file an opposition to the ordinary courts. The opposition isregulated by Article 6 of Legislative Decree 1 September 2011, n. 150

Art 34.1: Salvo quanto previsto dall'articolo133 del decreto legislativo 2 luglio 2010, n. 104, e da altre disposizioni dilegge, contro l'ordinanza-ingiunzione di pagamento e contro l'ordinanza chedispone la sola confisca gli interessati possono proporre opposizione dinanziall'autorit? giudiziaria ordinaria. Only the administrative fines issued by theRegional Electoral Control Board can be appealed to the Competent Court ofGeneral Jurisdiction while the decision regarding the removal from office cannot be appealed. The decision of the Courtof Auditors cannot be appealed.
