Artículo 21

1. Fuera de los casos en que esta Ley prevea unprocedimiento espec?fico de revisi?n judicial, los acuerdos de las JuntasProvinciales de Zona y, en su caso, de Comunidad Aut?noma, son recurribles antela Junta de superior categor?a, que debe resolver durante los per?odoselectorales en el plazo de cinco d?as y, fuera de ellos, en el de diez d?as, enambos casos a contar desde la interposici?n del recurso.

2. La interposici?n tendr? lugar dentro de lasveinticuatro horas siguientes a la notificaci?n del acuerdo y ante la Junta quelo hubiera dictado, la cual, con su informe, ha de remitir el expediente en elplazo de cuarenta y ocho horas a la Junta que deba resolver. Contra laresoluci?n de esta ?ltima no cabe recurso administrativo o judicial alguno.

 

Article 21

1. In cases other than thosein which this Law provides an specific judicial remedy procedure, the agreements/decisionsadopted by the Zone, Provincial or, as the case may be, Autonomous Community’sElectoral Commissions, shall be the subject to an appeal to the higher (inhierarchy) Electoral Commission, which has to rule, during the electoralperiods, within five days and, in non-electoral periods, within ten days, inboth cases the deadline starts from the date of the lodging of the remedy.

2. The appeal shall be lodged,within the 24 hours after the decision/agreement notification, to the ElectoralCommission which had issued the decisi?n/agreement. The Electoral Commission,along with its report, shall submit the file in a 48 hours’ time to theElectoral Commission that shall rule. This Electoral Commission resolution isnot subject to any appeal, neither administrative nor judicial.
