Article 44 (과태료)
(4) 법 제51조제4항에 따라 과태료 처분대상자 (법 제51조제4항 단서에 따른 공제대상자를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 가 과태료 처분의 고지를 받은 때에는 그 고지를 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 납부하여야 하며, 부과권자는 「질서위반행위규제법」제20조제1항에따른 이의제기기한까지 납부하지 아니한 때에는 10일간의 납부기한을 지정한 독촉장을 발부하여야 한다.
