Decisions made by theNational Elections Commission to impose administrative sanctions may not beappealed, but may be subject to the initiation of administrative lawsuits.
Art. 40 of Political Activity andElectoral Campaign Financing Act specifically deny the right to appealadministrative sanctions imposed by the National Election Commission regardingviolations of the Law. The law foresees the possibility of initiating administrativelawsuits, however this would not be a complain mechanism within the sameprocess but the initiation of a total different process.
