Article 20. Consideration of complaints ondecisions of electoral commissions
Organs of political parties, which havenominated candidates, candidates themselves, proxies, observers and voters mayapply to higher electoral commissions or to the court about decisions ofelectoral commissions within ten days after decisions have been taken.
Decisions of the Central Commission forElections and Referenda may be appealed to the Supreme Court of the Republic ofTajikistan within ten days after these decisions have been taken.
A complaint must be considered withinthree days after its submission, but if there are less than 6 days left beforeelections, it is considered immediately.
