What is the maximum time to submit an appeal since imposition of sanctions?

Article 20. (1)The complaint shall be submitted within 30 daysfrom the date of delivery of the administrative act to the party.

(2) Thedeadline of paragraph 1 of this Article shall also apply to the authorityentitled to submit a complaint, if the administrative act has been delivered.If the act has not been delivered, a complaint may be submitted within 60 daysof the day of delivery of the administrative act to the party in whose interestit has been passed.

(3) Acomplaint against the decision of Article 2 paragraph 1 of this Law, except forindividual acts issued in electoral procedure, shall be submitted within 30 days of the day of deliveryof the act, or if the act has not been delivered, a complaint may besubmitted within 30 days from the day of publication of the act or the decisionof the Constitutional Court in the “Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia“

(4) Acomplaint against individual acts issued in electoral procedure shall besubmitted within 3 days of the date of its enactment i.e. publication.

(5) A complaint fornoncompliance with the obligations under administrative contracts shall befiled within 30 days of establishment of noncompliance.
