What is the maximum time to submit an appeal since imposition of sanctions?

The National Elections Act (CAP 343)2010

Article 115(1)Every election petition shall bepresented within thirty days from the date of the declaration for the resultsof the election by the Returning Officer

The law does not specify the time periodfor submitting the appeal since the imposition of sanctions. Instead, the lawprovides the general ruling for all appeals to be submitted 30 days from thedate of the declaration of results.
