What is the maximum time to submit an appeal since imposition of sanctions?

Article 218

(1) An appeal against a decision shall belodged within a period of 15 days, unless otherwise provided by law.

(2) An appeal period for each person and foreach authority the decision is to be delivered to shall be calculated as fromthe date of delivery of the decision.
