2. The Central ElectoralCommission shall take a decision whether a political party or a politicalcampaign participant has grossly violated this Law.

3. The political partyor the political campaign participant shall have the right to appeal to theSupreme Administrative Court of Lithuania against the adopted decision,referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, within 14 days after the adoptionof such decision.
