Article30
1. As arule the court in administrative disputes decides in a session which is notpublic.
2. Thecourt shall hold a public hearing:
- whenthe matter in the administrative dispute is complex; - In order to clarify thematter;
- Whenestablishing facts;
- Whenobtaining evidence;
- In cases indicated in Article 22 ofthis Law.
3. Aparty in the dispute can propose to hold an oral public hearing for the samereasons.
