Article 31 (심문 등)
(1) 법원은 심문기일을 열어당사자의 진술을 들어야 한다.
(2) 법원은 검사의 의견을 구하여야 하고, 검사는 심문에 참여하여 의견을 진술하거나 서면으로 의견을 제출하여야
한다.
Article 32 (행정청에 대한 출석 요구 등)
(1) 법원은 행정청의 참여가 필요하다고 인정하는때에는 행정청으로 하여금 심문기일에 출석하여 의견을 진술하게 할 수 있다.
Comment
Although notexplicitly specified in the Administrative Regulations on Political Funds, it isimplied by its Article 44.4 that procedures outlined in the Law onAdministrative Penalties are to be followed in the case of an appeal.
