Decision of the High Court.—Atthe conclusion of the trial of an election petition the High Court shall makean order—
(a) dismissing the electionpetition; or
(b) declaring the election of1[all or any of the returned candidates] to be void; or
(c) declaring the election, of1[all or any of the returned candidates] to be void and the petitioner or anyother candidate to have been duly elected
