Since the FederalLaw on financing of political parties (Parties Act 2012 - PPA) is from 2012,and it established the new Party transparency Tribunal, we do not know whetherthe proceedings before the Administrative court in campaign finance disputesare conducted in the same manner as other appeals before the AdministrativeCourt. Also, since the first elections havestill to be conducted after the Federal Law onfinancing of political parties (Parties Act 2012 - PPA) was established, we donot have an example of the dispute resolution procedure in this regard.
