Besvär över förvaltningsdomstolens beslut
Över beslut av en förvaltningsdomstol kan besvär anföras hos högsta förvaltningsdomstolen
Besvär över andra beslut
Om rätten att anföra besvär över andra beslut än sådana som avses i 7-9 §§ stadgas särskilt.
Complaints regarding financial penalties imposed on parties/candidates not complying with reporting regulations are not regulated in 7-9 §§ of the Administrative Judicial Procedure Act. Consequently, according to 10 § of the same act, the ability to appeal to a higher instance should be legislated in a separate act (in this case the Act on Political Parties and/or the Act on Candidate’s Election Funding). A possibility to appeal a decision by the Supreme Administrative Court (the first instance) is not mentioned in either legislation. Hence, it is not possible to appeal to a higher instance.
