Art. 145.
? 2. Sąd Najwyższy rozpatruje skargę i wydajew tej sprawie orzeczenie w terminie 60 dni od dnia doręczenia skargi.Orzeczenie doręcza się pełnomocnikowi finansowemu i Państwowej KomisjiWyborczej.
? 3. Rozpatrzenie skargi przez Sąd Najwyższynastępuje w składzie 7 sędzi?w, w postępowaniu nieprocesowym.
? 4. Od orzeczenia Sądu Najwyższego nieprzysługuje środek prawny.
? 5. (…)Rozpoznanie odwołania przez sądokręgowy następuje w postępowaniu nieprocesowym, w terminie 30 dni od dniadoręczenia odwołania. Od orzeczenia sądu okręgowego nie przysługuje środekprawny.

The financing of theelection campaign
Article 145
? 2 The SupremeCourt hears the complaint and shall issue a ruling within 60 days of receivingthe complaint. The judgment shall be delivered to the financial agent and theNational Electoral Commission.
? 3 The complaintshall be considered by the Supreme Court composed of seven judges, in anon-litigious proceeding.
? 4 The judgment ofthe Supreme Court is not subject to the appeal.
? 5 (...) The appealshall be considered by the district court in a non-litigious proceedings,within 30 days of the receipt of the appeal. The judgment of the district courtis not subject to the appeal.
