Article 466: The court of appeal decided after examining the case:

a. uphold the decision ofthe court of first instance.

b. change the decision;

c. annulment of the decisionand dismiss the case;

d. reverse the decision andsend the case to the district court for retrial in cases provided for byArticle 467 of this Code.'
