Chapter 15 Campaign Finance

 

Article 15.6

(2) The Central ElectionCommission of BiH shall have jurisdiction with respect to enforcing thischapter , and shall have power to make determinations that a political party,coalition, list of independent candidates or an independent candidate, or anyother person has violated provisions of this chapter, and it shall have powerto assess civil penalties against any political party, coalition, list ofindependent candidates or independent candidate for non- compliance with thementioned provisions, or to take appropriate administrative action within itsgeneral authority under this law.

 

(3) Before assessing a civil penalty ortaking administrative action, the Central Election Commission of BiH shall seekto achieve voluntary compliance with the political party, coalition, list ofindependent candidates or independent candidate determined to be in violation.
