Article 67(1) Amotion can be filed by a candidate for President of the Republic demand that the courtpursuant to other legislation 12 ) decided that there was a breach of therules of campaign financing under this Act by adopting funds or otherperformance realizable value in money, which is not or know the true origin,exceeded the limit on campaign expenditures or result in the breach of campaignfinance or accounting is disclosed under this Act, and in what way and to whatextent this obligation was breached.
(2) The proposal must be made within 60 daysfrom the date on which the enabling remote access to the website publishedstatement of the candidate's election campaign, or within 60 days after thelapse of the deadline for its publication.
Article 68. Jurisdiction of the courts
The proceedings under ? 65 and 66 is bythe Supreme Administrative Court. Theproceedings under ? 67 of the competent Municipal Court in Prague.
