Duties of Central andProvincial Electoral Complaint Commissions
(1) The Central and ProvincialElectoral Complaint Commissions shall have the following duties:
1. To address complaintsagainst the list of candidates and voters, and the conditions andqualifications of the candidates presented during elections.
2. To address complaintsrelated to electoral violations, provided that the complaints are received beforecertification of election results.
