Article 59

(Amended, SG 59/1992)

(1) A penal decree shall besubject to appeal before the regional court in the area of which the violationwas committed or completed, and with regard to violations committed abroad – tothe Sofia city court.

(2)An offender and a damage claimant shall be entitled to appeal against a decreewithin seven days following its delivery, while a prosecutor may file anobjection thereagainst within two weeks following the date of issue.
